Hello, colleagues. I study correlation: cognitive impairment and areas of lesion by using MRI in multiple sclerosis. What the program would be better to estimate areas of lesion (total volume, topical spreading in white matter)? I used SPM but failed, because SPM is good software for others purposes. I heard it is possible to make by using FreeSurfer, is it realy? May be FSL (FSL is more easy to install, there are not need of Linux)?.
