Mallinckrodt, a Tyco Healthcare company makes and distributes products for respiratory care; bulk and dosage pharmaceuticals, primarily for pain relief and addiction therapy; and imaging agents for magnetic resonance, ultrasound, x-ray, and nuclear medicine applications. Omnipaque is a low-osmolar, nonionic, contrast medium with a broad range of indications, for example intravascular diagnostic procedures such as coronary angiography, spinal cord imaging, and body cavity procedures including shoulder and knee joints. Omnipaque is approved for use in adults and children, and is available in a wide variety of packagings.

Optiray® is a radiographic contrast agent. Optiray® is available in concentrations from 160 to 350 mg/mL organically bound iodine. Optiray® solutions have osmolalities 1.2 to 2.8 times that of plasma (285 mOsm/kg water).
Optiray® 160 is recommended for intraarterial digital subtraction angiography (IA-DSA).

Oxilan® is a radiographic contrast agent used in diagnostic imaging studies. The degree of contrast enhancement is directly related to the iodine content in the administered dose. Dependent on the iodine content, the osmolalities are 2.1 or 2.4 times that of plasma (285 mOsm/kg water).

Reno-30® is a radiopaque contrast agent indicated for retrograde or ascending pyelography. Retrograde pyelography does not include systemic administration of contrast media, so the risk of adverse reactions is extremely rare.
